Criminal Justice Zone

i want to eventually go to nu and major in criminal justice, but what are some job possibilities with that major?
like what specifically i know there’s like police officer state trooper and things like that, but what is there more up the ladder..or would i have to start as say a police officer and work my way up?

I have a B.A. in Criminal Justice but have decided that I do not want to go into law enforcement (police). I am thinking about going back to school for another 4 yr degree but do not know if it would be worth it…and…if I could find another degree that could use some of my credits so I would only have to do core classes. What are some good jobs? that work 9-5? make good money?

I’m a criminal justice and biology double major currently in my second to last year in college. I have a 3.0 and also looking for a job (part time or internship) that will help me get a jump start on my possible career. I want to be a cop or work somewhere within law enforcement. How would I go about this? Where should I look for jobs or internships? Any help would be great thanks. I also live in new york new jersey metropolitan area if that helps.
