I have not been to college for 6 years and want to have as much information about my major of criminal justice that I can. Where can I find good study guides?

Everytime I read a description of criminology, it somehow leads to criminal justice, yet everyone says they’re not the same. I dont get it.

I’m contemplating going to college for a BA or MA in Psychology, and was wondering how applicable the degree would be for use in a criminal justice career. I’m interested in becoming a police officer, but maybe moving up someday to becoming a profiler or federal officer of some sort.

I wanted to pursue a career in Criminal Justice. I currently have a Assoicates degree in Business, but I am pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice soon. How do I find a job in Criminal Justice, I do not think that I want to become a Police Officer. Any suggestions?

I need to choose a topic for my prepared speaking competition and it has to deal with the Criminal Justice system. I can’t choose the death penalty because it is already taken. Any ideas? It has to be something that will catch the interest of all people and maybe a little controversial just to spice things up!

I’m going to be getting my AA degree for Law Enforcement in Criminal Justice this winter, then I should be getting my AS degree for Corrections in Criminal Justice next spring. From there I want to go into a 4 year university and continue my education. Which schools are more favorable Criminal Justice majors than others in California?

Not sure exactly what I want to become in Law Enforcement, though I do want to focus more in the investigations side of things.

What courses should a student focused on entering the world of criminal justice after college take in high school? I know which college I want to attend-Wright State University, and for the program, I will take math, history, languages, biology, physics, and geology, computers, and a few special courses for just that program.
