Do you feel that our criminal justice system opereates fairly or fairly enough for people who aren’t rich or aren’t white? Or do you feel that our criminal justice system is so preoccupied with being fair that we don’t punish criminals appropriately?

Yes and no, too many crooks and murders get away with stuff when they have money. But Mandatory sentencing is ridiculous

It’s not fair. If u are found not guilty, u have enormous attorney fees, probably lost your job, wife/husband, house, car, etc. and u have no recourse. They may as well send u to prison because u are totally ruined.

For him he got good lawyer and 15000 later he was sentenced to jail for him he was sent to sell drugs he was sent to 12 months of probation my friend was broke.

The crimes are the law legal system is nothing more than putting on play at theater if you winregardless of your point then you cant excuse crime bc of someones skin.

The justice system of accountability for all.
For people who work in the system of accountability for people who it applies laws and punishment to it should get sued lot more fair and then they do and chooses who it applies laws and then they do and chooses who work in the system should get sued lot more then.
