What are the legitimate and non legitimate needs of individual during their police contact, cout hearing or confinement? How effective is the system in fulfilling the legitimate needs and preventing the illegitmate needs.
I am writing a essay on the criminal justice system and I am stuck on this one….. COuls someone give me inputs or a good website that I could find some information on.
