What degree is needed in order to teach Criminal Justice or Criminology courses at a college or university?

I’m pursuing my Master of Science in Human Resources with a Criminal Justice specialization in addition to a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Counseling. Will I be able to teach at any Northeastern Ohio community colleges, 4 yr. colleges, or universities with this Masters degree?
