what is the best 4 year college for a criminal justice major in NYC?

I am want to go to a community college for 2 yrs, then transfer to a 4 year college in New York state. I am looking at Dutchess community and ulster community. I want to major in criminal justice, and i am curious to what are the best colleges for what I am looking for in NY, something towards the city or in the city. Then after four years, what are the best law schools in New York City. I want to become a lawyer, but I am still undecided to what kind of lawyer.
